Our magazines are delivered by hand, door to door, by our regular team of delivery people, meaning that your advert will be seen and read by thousands of home owners and businesses. We also separately distribute a number of our magazines to a few key pick up points in each area, such as hairdressers, cafés, dental surgeries and doctors for general consumption as well.

To make a booking, we require the following information:
  • The size of the advert you would like to book
  • The area(s) you want it to appear in
  • Your business contact details
  • If you do not have your own artwork, an idea of any text, images etc. to appear in the advert
We’ll then forward an invoice containing details of payment methods. Payment is required to secure your booking.

Please review our terms and conditions of advertising. The booking of an advert will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

If you are providing your own full page artwork, please make sure any text is at least 10mm clear of the edge of the page and include a 3mm bleed without any printer marks. Please use CMYK colours.

Artwork should be supplied in PDF or high-res JPG. We are unable to accept Microsoft Publisher files. Artwork that has been designed in this program should be exported as a pdf or jpeg before being emailed to us.

We are also happy to design or amend your adverts, in fact, about 80% of what you see in each issue is designed by us.

If you would like to use the artwork we have designed for you elsewhere we are happy to allow this for a £15 charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Artwork should be supplied in either PDF or high resolution JPG format. JPG should be 300dpi. Please supply any full page artwork with a 3mm bleed. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or GoCardless online payment. Details will be available on your invoice.

Once you’ve confirmed you wish to make a booking. We’ll then forward an invoice containing details of payment methods. Payment is required to secure your final booking. Payment must be made before your advert will appear in the magazines.

Bookings can be cancelled up until the copy deadline for the edition you are advertising in. This may incur a cost if you have been given a discount for advertising in multiple months. We regret we cannot accept cancellations after the copy deadline.

Yes. We also publish Select Magazines and North East Directories. Please note we are an independent family business and are not affiliated with any Council magazines or any other independent magazines.
